26 March 2021 : a date that Hôtel du Palais is looking forward to. The new and improved hotel will be opening almost all of its suites and rooms, its refurbished lobby and new places to dine…
A new young chef, Aurélien Largeau, will take over the reins of the iconic restaurant "La Rotonde" and its exceptional panoramic view of the Ocean, the new "Bar Napoleon III", their terraces, the "Lounge" for light snacks and delicious Afternoon Tea pastries, as well as the "Sunset bar" on sunny days around the pool. Various refined culinary experiences inspired by local seasonal products of Pays Basque from the land and sea.
For its guests’ complete well-being, the hotel offers Le Club and the Imperial Spa. A range of face and body treatments from Maison Guerlain and hair treatments from Maison Leonor Greyl.
The only Palace on the Atlantic Coast, proud of its “Living Heritage Company” Label, this former imperial residence of Napoleon III and Empress Eugenie has been Biarritz’s iconic emblem since 1854, where royalty is used to staying, along with celebrities and in 2019, the G7.
Ranked among the most beautiful hotels in the world (it boasts a “Palace de France” label), its reopening in the spring of 2021 is eagerly awaited.
